General information
ON AIR BOUNCE PALACE LLC's target population is 2 - 8 years of age.
Safety
Most rented items have a weight compacity. (Kids electric cars/ATV and bounce houses) Please be mindful of them. To promote safety and preservation of the product being utilized.
Deposit
Renters will be required to pay a deposit of $25 at booking.
Payments
ON AIR BOUNCE PALACE LLC utilizes a booking service in order to facilitate reservations. The booking service is where the deposit will be collected. The deposit amount will go toward the total price of the service performed. Payment will be accepted upon arrival of ON AIR BOUNCE PALACE crew to perform service. Cash, Credit or debit is accepted. Checks will not be accepted.
Cancellations
A 12-hour notice of cancellations is required for a full refund of the deposit.
Location permission and accommodations
ON AIR BOUNCE PALACE LLC is not responsible for making location reservations or accommodations. Please ensure that you have permission to utilize the rented items in your intended place of preference. These accommodations need to be made prior to On AIR BOUNCE PALACE LLC service time of arrival.
If ON AIR BOUNCE PALACE LLC staff arrive at a location that is booked and confirmed but cannot perform services due to lack of location permission, inappropriate space, or hazardous conditions. The deposits will not be refunded!
RAIN!!!!
Rain can and will damage advertised items! If rain is in the foreseeable forecast, this may affect the ability to maintain a reservation or worse result in cancellation.
If ON AIR BOUNCE PALACE LLC cancels a reservation related to rain prior to arrival a full refund of the deposit will be issued to the renter.
BOUNCE HOUSE RULES
Renters are required to sign release of liability Waiver.
- Please do not. Get into bounce houses with shoes on.
- Please do not get into bounce houses with any kind of sharp objects! This includes but is not limited to pocket knives, scissors, Glass, Broken glasses, Pens, etc.
- Please do not enter bounce houses with food and drinks! This also applies to candy, chocolate and gum.
- please do not vomit, urinate or eliminate bowel in Bounce house a cleaning fee of $20 will be charged.
If the rented item is lost, stolen, or damaged the renter will be charged the full price of the product.
KIDS electric cars/ KIDS ATV rules.
Renters are required to sign release of liability Waiver.
ON AIR BOUNCE PALACE LLC will not assume responsibility for anyone injured during the misuse of rented products.
No one over 75 lbs should be in or on KIDS electric cars or Kids ATV vehicles rented from ON AIR BOUNCE PALACE LLC.
We do not provide helmets. However, the are recommended to increase safety.
- Please do not tamper with the inner workings of the electric vehicles in any way. This includes attempting to switch out the vehicle's battery. Please contact staff with any issues you may have pertaining to the vehicles.
- Please do not throw KIDS electric cars or Kids ATV vehicles.
- Please do not crash electrical vehicles or Kids ATV vehicles into each other.
- Please do not jump off of electric vehicles or Kids ATV vehicles at any time, this includes while parked or moving.
If the rented item is lost, stolen, or damaged the renter will be charged the full price of the product.
Inflatable screen and projector rules/ information
Keep the inflation blower on and attached so that the screen will continue to be Inflated.
The projector and inflatable screen both require a power source. The projector requires WIFI for casting ability to function properly.
- Please do not jump on inflatable Screen, no matter how tempting.
- Please do not pull on or yank at stabilization cords of inflatable screen.
- The inflatable screen is stabilized by sandbags. Please don't touch them.
- Please do not get the inflatable screen or projector wet; doing so will damage them!
If the rented item is lost, stolen, or damaged the renter will be charged the full price of the product.
ON AIR BOUNCE PALACE LLC Staff reserves the right to stay in attendance of rented items to preserve the integrity of the rented items as well as perform any necessary maintenance to rented items. This may be done to maintain safety and promote quality service.
